Poster Session Instructions
NSF expects each CMMI grantee to display one poster related to each grant award. Posters should describe the objectives of the grant and summarize results to date. Each poster will be assigned to two sessions (of the five) where the Principal Investigator (PI) is expected to be at the poster to explain the grantee’s work and answer questions. The times currently scheduled for poster sessions are as follows:

Size specifications
Posters must be displayed within a 4′ x 4′ space. Posters may be a single piece or multiple pages as long as they fit within these dimensions. Push pins, tape, and/or Velcro tabs will be provided for your convenience.
Format and guidelines
- All posters must clearly display the following at top of the poster:
- Grant Title
- Grant Number
- NSF Program
- PI Name(s)
- Poster space reservations will be taken as part of the online conference registration process and must be accompanied by a paid registration fee. It is expected that all active awardees display posters no matter when they received their grants.
- Posters may be displayed beginning at 6 p.m., Monday, January 7, and must remain on display until 1 p.m., Thursday, January 10.
- Posters should be removed by 3 p.m., Thursday, January 10. Posters not removed by this time will be discarded.
- PIs are responsible for displaying and removing posters.
