The Sheraton Waikiki Hotel, located in the hub of Waikiki’s business district, provides a variety of restaurants, shopping, and attractions for all budgets and tastes within walking distance. Some of the many services and amenities that are offered by the Sheraton Waikiki Hotel include:
- High-speed, wireless Internet access in all hotel guest rooms, public spaces, and the XEROX Business Center. Currently, there are three price plans: $4.14 for two (2) hours of service; $13.56 for 24 hours of service, and a weekly rate of $67.81 for service (prices include tax).
- Twenty gift and specialty shops, travel services, and a variety of restaurants: the Ocean Terrace, the Hanohano Room, Yoshiya, and RumFire.
- A complimentary fitness center, a swimming pool, and nightly poolside entertainment.
- Concierge/Guest Services is available to all hotel guests from 7:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m.
- Self Parking is $20.00 per day and Valet Parking is $26.00.
- ADA accessibility to all areas of the hotel and ten ADA compliant sleeping rooms.

The group room rates listed below are per night, based on single and double occupancy and do not include applicable sales tax, which is currently 11.96%.

You will be asked to provide the names of all guests occupying your room as there is a $75.00 fee per person for the third adult or more person(s) sharing one room (please note: children 17 and under are free when existing bedding is used).
The special guest room rates will be offered by the Sheraton Waikiki Hotel three (3) days prior and three (3) days after the conference dates for those who wish to enjoy Hawaii before the conference commences and/or stay after it concludes. You also may inquire about rates for suites and upgrades.
The reservation deadline is Friday, May 22, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. ET (Eastern Time). Reservations made after the cut-off date and time are subject to room availability and may be priced at the Hotel’s prevailing room rate, which can be significantly higher than the group room rate.
Please Note:
The Sheraton Waikiki requires a credit card number to guarantee your room reservation. In addition, the amount equal to one night’s stay is required to hold each guest’s reservation. However, this deposit is refundable by the hotel if a reservation is canceled at least seventy-two (72) hours prior to arrival.
All hotel reservations are the guest’s responsibility. Hotel confirmations will be sent to you by the hotel. Please contact the Sheraton Waikiki Hotel directly to make any changes to your reservations.
In the event that a guest checks out prior to the reserved check-out date, an early departure fee of one half of the room rate will be charged to the guest’s credit card. To avoid this fee, the hotel must be advised of any changes to your planned departure date at or before check-in.
Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
TRAVEL INFORMATION
Airport
Honolulu International Airport (HNL) on Oahu is the major aviation gateway for the State of Hawaii. It is the primary hub for domestic overseas and inter-island flights and is currently one of three State airports accommodating international flights. Honolulu International Airport also functions as a joint military-civilian airport sharing airfield facilities with Hickam Air Force Base.
23 major domestic carriers (such as American, United, Continental, Delta, and Northwest) and 16 international carriers serve Oahu. When shopping for the best flight values, consider visiting the numerous online discount travel Web sites.
Ground Transportation
The Sheraton Waikiki Hotel is located on Waikiki Beach in Honolulu, just 9 miles and approximately 30 minutes from Honolulu International Airport.

Airport Waikiki Express
Operated by Roberts Hawaii, the Airport Waikiki Express Shuttle Service offers 24-hour service from Honolulu International Airport to Waikiki hotels and back. Shuttle service to the Sheraton Waikiki Hotel does not require a reservation. The shuttle stops every 20 minutes in the median area outside of baggage claim. Follow the yellow “Airport Shuttle” signs to the nearest pickup location. Waikiki Express Shuttle staff are positioned outside baggage claim for assistance.
A reservation is required to schedule a return shuttle to the Honolulu International Airport by calling (808) 954-8652 or (866) 898-2519 at least 48 hours in advance. The fare for adults one-way is $9.00, and round-trip is $15.00. Each passenger is allowed two pieces of baggage and one carry-on bag for no extra fee.
Ilima Waikiki Tours and Transportation
This transportation service uses mid-to-large size vans that seat up to 20-25 passengers. It makes stops at all four Sheraton Hotels in Waikiki. The estimated travel time from the airport is 35-55 minutes depending upon traffic conditions, passenger count, and number of stops. The fare is $10.00 per person. Reservations are recommended and can be made via e-mail to [email protected] or by calling toll free (800) 713-0146 (from U.S. only).
Public City Transportation – “The Bus” Service
Buses 19 and 20 arrive at designated areas at the Honolulu International Airport approximately every 30 minutes depending on the route number. They travel eastbound from the airport, then to Kalihi Kai (via Nimitz Highway), downtown Honolulu, the Honolulu Civic Center, Ala Moana Shopping Center, and ends in Waikiki; with stops along Kalakaua Avenue and a block away from the Sheraton Waikiki Hotel. The fare is $2.00 for adults, $1.00 for seniors, $1.00 for children and students (up to age 17), and children under the age of 6 ride for free. Department of Veterans Affairs

Taxis
Fares from the airport to Sheraton Waikiki Hotel during non-rush hour periods range from $35.00-$40.00; limo fares may be higher. A variety of taxi lines serve the Honolulu International Airport. Driving Directions to the Sheraton Waikiki Hotel:
Eastbound (From Honolulu International Airport): Take Nimitz Highway to Ala Moana Boulevard, and then turn right onto Kalakaua Avenue.
Westbound: Start out Southwest on Hawaii Loa Street toward Kawaikui Place. Turn right onto HI-72/Kalanianaole Highway. HI-72/Kalanianaole Highway becomes Interstate H 1 West/Lunalilo Freeway West. Take the Kapiolani Boulevard exit, Exit 25B. Merge onto Kapiolani Blvd. Turn Left onto Kalakaua Avenue.
Southbound: Take Pali Highway/HI-61 South toward HI-61 South/Pali Highway/Downtown. Take the I-H1 East ramp. Merge onto Interstate H1 E. Take the Punahou Street exit, Exit 23. Turn right onto Punahou Street. Turn right onto south Beretania Street. Turn left onto Kalakaua Avenue.
