Poster Session Instructions

*The deadline to reserve poster space online has passed. You may reserve a space for your poster onsite at the conference if you were unable to do so online.*

A list of the specific poster sessions each PI is assigned to and the corresponding poster space assignments can be found HERE.

The student poster schedule can be found HERE.

A layout of the poster sessions can be found HERE.

NSF expects each CMMI grantee to display one poster related to each grant award. Posters should describe the objectives of the grant and summarize results to date.

Each poster has been assigned an ID number and is scheduled in one of the following five groups (A-E) where the Principal Investigator is expected to be at the poster to explain the grantee’s work and answer questions. The assigned group will present during the two sessions indicated.
