The three hotels listed below have reserved rooms for registrants attending the NSF CMMI 2011 Research and Innovation Conference. Please contact your hotel of choice to make online reservations using the links below, or if you prefer to make reservations by phone, please reference NSF CMMI 2011 or NSF and request the group room block rate.

The room block at the Renaissance Atlanta Waverly Hotel has sold out.

If you still need a room for the conference, please contact the Sheraton Suites or the Embassy Suites. The reservation deadline for those hotels is Friday, December 24.

Reservations made after the cut-off date will be based on hotel availability and may be at a significantly higher rate.

The Embassy Suites Hotel has just completed an extensive renovation. It is conveniently located 1 block from the Cobb Galleria Convention Centre and Cumberland Mall, and offers a shuttle service within a three-mile radius. Some of the other attractive amenities include:

  • Complimentary cooked-to-order Breakfast, and a nightly Manager’s Reception to include a light snack and beverage of choice.

Please Note:

All participating hotels require a credit card number to guarantee your room reservation. Some hotels may require a deposit equal to one night’s stay to guarantee a room. All hotel reservations are the participant’s responsibility. Hotel confirmations will be sent to you directly by your hotel.

Please contact your hotel directly to make any changes or cancellations. If you need to cancel your reservation, please notify your hotel up to 72 hours in advance of check in, or a cancellation fee will be charged to your credit card for one night’s stay. In the event that a guest checks out prior to the reserved checkout date, an early departure fee of $75 will apply, and charged to the guest’’s credit card. To avoid this fee, the hotel must be advised of any changes to your planned departure date at or before check-in.

The special guest room rates will be offered by the Renaissance Atlanta Waverly, Sheraton Suites, and Embassy Suites Hotels three (3) days prior and three (3) days after the conference dates for those who wish to enjoy Atlanta before the conference commences and/or stay after it concludes.
